Method
 

  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients and measuring out the gin, cherry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  2. Pour the gin, fresh cherry juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker.
  3. Add a single ice cube to the shaker to chill and dilute the mixture slightly.
  4. Secure the lid tightly and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and slightly frothy.
  5. Remove the shaker lid and strain the cocktail into a chilled glass, holding back ice or pulp.
  6. Garnish with a fresh cherry or a thin citrus slice on the rim for a colorful finishing touch.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness with more or less simple syrup. Using fresh cherry juice makes a noticeable difference in flavor and color.
