  • 2 slices bread preferably rustic or sourdough
  • 1 tablespoon capers rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 each lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

  1. Toast the slices of bread until they are golden brown and crispy, then set aside.
