  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and brush it lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly across the prepared baking sheet using a spatula, creating a smooth layer about half an inch thick.
  3. Drizzle honey over the yogurt layer, then gently swirl it in with the spatula for a marbled effect and added sweetness.
  4. Sprinkle crushed nuts and dried fruits evenly over the top, pressing them slightly into the yogurt to help them stick.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, until the yogurt is firm and frozen solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove the tray from the freezer and break the bark into irregular pieces with your hands or a knife.
  7. Optionally, sprinkle with bits of dark chocolate or a pinch of sea salt for extra flavor, then serve immediately for a crunchy, creamy, and refreshing treat.
