Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to create a smooth base for the yogurt.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt and honey until well combined and slightly glossy, which will make it smooth and easy to spread.
- Pour the sweetened Greek yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon, creating a thin, uniform layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts evenly over the top of the yogurt layer, distributing them to ensure each bite has some crunch.
- Add the seeds over the nuts, spreading them out to add texture and flavor contrast.
- Gently press down on the toppings to help them adhere to the yogurt and prevent them from falling off during freezing.
- Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until the yogurt is firm and fully frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the tray from the freezer and break the yogurt slab into irregular pieces or shards with your hands or a knife.
- Arrange the yogurt bark pieces on a serving platter, drizzling with a little extra honey if desired for added sweetness.
- Serve immediately for a cold, crunchy treat that melts quickly in the mouth.
Notes
For a colorful variation, add dried fruit or sprinkles before freezing. Use your favorite nuts and seeds for personalized flavor and crunch.
