  • 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup brewed coffee cooled to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tsp honey or simple syrup adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the halved strawberries into the blender and add honey or simple syrup.
  2. Pour in the cooled brewed coffee and the milk, then lock the lid on the blender.
  3. Blend everything on high until the mixture is smooth, vibrant pink, and slightly frothy, about 30 seconds.
  4. Fill two glasses with ice cubes, then pour the blended mixture evenly over the ice.
  5. Garnish with a fresh strawberry slice or a sprig of mint if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if desired. For a creamier texture, use half-and-half or add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
