  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. Slice the bagels horizontally into halves, creating evenly sized mini bases for your pizzas.
  3. Spread about a tablespoon of tomato sauce evenly over each bagel half, covering the surface with a thin layer.
  4. Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese on top of each sauced bagel, ensuring the edges are well-covered for gooey, melted cheese.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano and minced garlic evenly over the cheese for added flavor and aroma.
  6. Using a pastry brush or your fingers, lightly brush the edges of each bagel with olive oil to promote crisping and browning in the oven.
  7. Arrange the prepared bagel halves on the baking sheet, cut side up, leaving space between each piece.
