  3. Spread about a tablespoon of tomato sauce onto each bagel half, covering the surface evenly.
  4. Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded cheese over the sauce on each bagel, ensuring full coverage for that cheesy melt.
  5. Add your favorite toppings on top of the cheese, arranging them evenly to make each mini pizza unique and colorful.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the bagels are golden brown.
  7. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the mini pizzas cool for a minute or two—then they’re ready to serve!
