  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a baking sheet in the oven to heat up, helping the crust crisp up nicely.

  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture, which helps the crust adhere better.
  4. Lightly brush each chicken breast with olive oil to promote browning and help the crust stick.
  5. Press each oiled chicken breast into the breading mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides. Gently press to help the crust adhere.
  6. Carefully transfer the coated chicken breasts onto the preheated baking sheet. Arrange them with some space between each piece.
  7. Bake the chicken in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy, and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. The crust will set and become even crunchier as it cools slightly.
