- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Toss the sliced strawberries with half of the sugar and lemon juice, then spread them evenly in a baking dish.
- Combine the oats, flour, remaining sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Add the cold butter pieces to the dry mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Evenly sprinkle the crumble mixture over the strawberries, covering them completely.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and bubbling around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. The crumble will be warm, with a crispy topping and tender, juicy strawberries underneath.
