- Place the sliced strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth, creating a vibrant pink puree with tiny bits of fruit still visible.
- Add the cooled espresso shot, chilled milk, honey or syrup, and some ice cubes into the blender.
- Blend everything on high for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is frothy, well combined, and slightly thickened.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the strawberry espresso mixture over the top.
- Gently stir or swirl the drink to distribute the flavors and chill the beverage further.
- Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for scooping up bits of strawberry pulp, enjoying the vibrant color and refreshing aroma.
Notes
Adjust sweetness or strawberry intensity according to preference. For a creamier version, add a splash of whipped cream on top.
