Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 shot espresso shot strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 3/4 cup milk any type, chilled
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp honey or simple syrup adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the sliced strawberries into a blender and blend until smooth, creating a vibrant pink puree with tiny bits of fruit still visible.
  2. Add the cooled espresso shot, chilled milk, honey or syrup, and some ice cubes into the blender.
  3. Blend everything on high for 20-30 seconds until the mixture is frothy, well combined, and slightly thickened.
  4. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the strawberry espresso mixture over the top.
  5. Gently stir or swirl the drink to distribute the flavors and chill the beverage further.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon for scooping up bits of strawberry pulp, enjoying the vibrant color and refreshing aroma.

Notes

Adjust sweetness or strawberry intensity according to preference. For a creamier version, add a splash of whipped cream on top.
