  • 0.5 cup lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 bunches fresh basil leaves stems removed
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup optional, for extra sweetness

Method
 

  1. Place the watermelon chunks into a blender and blend until smooth and vibrant red.

  4. Muddle the basil leaves in a handful of ice cubes in a mixing glass or small bowl to release their aromatic oils and flavor.
