Method
- Place the watermelon cubes and mint leaves into the blender.
- Pulse the blender a few times to start breaking down the fruit and releasing the mint aroma.
- Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and bright red, with some froth forming on top.
- Set a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl or pitcher and pour the blended mixture through it, pressing gently to extract as much juice as possible.
- Discard the remaining pulp and mint solids, then give the juice a quick stir to combine everything evenly.
- If desired, add a small drizzle of honey or agave syrup for extra sweetness and stir until dissolved.
- Pour the chilled juice into glasses, and garnish with a sprig of mint if you like.
- Serve immediately with a straw or a stirrer, enjoying the cool, refreshing burst of summer in every sip.
Notes
For a frozen version, blend with ice cubes before straining. You can also add a squeeze of lime for extra zing.
